Job description

Schedule: 2-3 days per week, ideally Tuesday-Thursday

Duration: Late September/Early October through November

Matlock Group is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a temporary, part-time assignment with a well-established architecture, interior design, and construction company in Cabin John, MD.

The position would pay between $42-$45/hour based on experience and this role would be onsite.

The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for approximately 56-60 employees.
