Plymouth Place Senior Living is seeking a skilled Painter to perform interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, patching, and finishing across the community. The role ensures safe, attractive living and common spaces while coordinating with residents and staff.

This temporary assignment focuses on maintaining high-quality finishes, protecting resident property, and working with the maintenance team to minimize disruption.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of professional painting or related maintenance experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, taping, caulking, and priming as needed.
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, sealers, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment.
• Repair and finish drywall, plaster, wood, metal, masonry, trim, furniture, and cabinetry to a professional standard.
• Match colors and finishes and complete touch-ups in resident apartments, common areas, offices, and building exteriors.
• Protect floors, furnishings, fixtures, and resident property; maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Coordinate project schedules with residents and team members to minimize disruption.
