San Juan Care Center is seeking a skilled Painter to transform the interiors and exteriors of residential and commercial spaces through high-quality painting projects.

Responsibilities include surface preparation, color matching, and applying finishes while protecting surrounding areas. The role is PRN, covering projects as needed and requiring a clean driving record and prior painting/drywall experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting, which includes cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks with appropriate fillers like caulk, putty, or plaster.
• Protect surrounding areas by covering fixtures, furniture, and other surfaces with masking tape, drop cloths, or other protective coverings.
• Select, mix, and match paints and other materials, including primers, sealers, varnishes, or stains, to achieve the required colors and finishes.
• Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, cabinets, wood, metal, and drywall, using appropriate tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
