Emerald Healthcare is seeking Temporary Licensed Nursing Home Administrators to provide bench strength for openings or additional support, primarily in Nebraska. The role requires an active Nursing Home License for NE, a Bachelor's degree or higher, and 3–8 years of experience as a nursing home administrator.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading change, operating a facility under current state and federal regulatory requirements, and the ability to build strong relationships

• Oversee day-to-day operations including Operations, Clinical, HR functions, Training and Regulatory requirements.
• Lead change and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support facility operations.
