Job summary

TrueCare in California is seeking a Mobile Medical Receptionist for a temporary 9-12 month assignment. You will drive and operate mobile health units, assist patient registration and billing, and ensure safety and confidentiality while representing TrueCare at community events.

A minimum of a high school diploma and 2 years of administrative experience is required; bilingual English/Spanish is essential. The role requires willingness to work outside standard hours, including Saturdays, and a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative/clerical experience.
• Familiarity with medical and/or dental terminology.
• Knowledge of professional and ethical standards of healthcare delivery.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and EHR data entry.
• Availability to work outside of standard hours and on Saturdays.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid California Class C Driver’s License.
• Ability to safely drive and operate a 36' and 40' mobile unit (training provided).
• Bonus: Associate degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; experience in medical/dental office or community health clinic setting.
