Job summary

TrueCare in Fallbrook, CA is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for patients. You will manage front desk duties, answer calls, schedule appointments, register patients, and collect payments, while supporting clinical staff with accurate records and a tidy reception area.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience; bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as Medical Receptionist or in an administrative/clerical role.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Records (preferred).
• Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• This position is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients and guide them through their visit with professionalism and compassion.
• Manage front desk operations and answer calls.
• Schedule appointments, register patients, and collect payments.

The pay range for this role is $23.00 - $32.20 on an hourly basis. (depending on experience)
