Job summary

Phillip Jeffries, a luxury wallcovering brand, seeks a Showroom Sales Assistant for our New York showroom on a temporary, part-time basis for about three months. You will support client outreach, sample fulfillment, CRM updates, and daily showroom operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

Comfortable conducting online research and working with databases or CRM systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Submit sample requests through our Phillip Jeffries website.
Assemble and prepare direct mailers for showroom clients.
Print and organize shipping labels for outgoing samples and client mailers.
Verify client mailing addresses through CRM records and online research to ensure accurate deliveries.
Update client information within our CRM and document mailer shipment activity.
Assist with the receipt and organization of returned samples, ensuring inventory remains showroom-ready.
Support daily showroom operations and administrative tasks.
Partner with the Sales Team on projects and initiatives that enhance the client experience.
