Responsibilities

• Showroom Setup & Maintenance: Set up and maintain the showroom to brand standards during market.
• Catering & Hospitality: Place daily catering orders and manage timings around appointments; set up refreshments and track spends.
• Reception & Guest Experience: Greet showroom visitors, manage front-of-house flow and appointment scheduling.
• Sample Management: Pull and organize samples, assist sales reps, track movement and storage of products.
