We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Showroom Sales Assistant to support our New York showroom team on a temporary, part-time basis for approximately three months.

Reporting to the Showroom Manager, this role will play an important part in supporting client outreach initiatives, sample fulfillment, CRM updates, and day-to-day showroom operations. What You'll Do

• Submit sample requests through our Phillip Jeffries website.
• Assemble and prepare direct mailers for showroom clients.
• Print and organize shipping labels for outgoing samples and client mailers.
• Verify client mailing addresses through CRM records and online research to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Update client information within our CRM and document mailer shipment activity.
• Assist with the receipt and organization of returned samples, ensuring inventory remains showroom‑ready.
• Support daily showroom operations and administrative tasks.
• Partner with the Sales Team on projects and initiatives that enhance the client experience.

• Interest in interior design, architecture, luxury products, textiles, merchandising, or the creative industry.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a three-month temporary, part-time position with a schedule of 20 - 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This position is based in our NYC showroom with compensation between $18-$20 per hour. This temporary position does not include benefits.
