The position requires 1+ year of sales experience, proficiency with POS systems, and strong English communication. Candidates with luxury retail exposure and social selling skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) or similar roles.
• Proficiency with POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience with live-stream shopping or social selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and provide elevated customer service.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Process transactions efficiently and maintain store visuals and stock levels.
• Support daily store operations and inventory cycles.
