Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Foley, AL to deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor and at the cash wrap. You will help move product from receipt to sale, keep the stockroom organized, and support merchandising and team collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail experience, strong English, and a passion for fashion. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak periods in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience preferred in luxury retail
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills
• Strong English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed.
