Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to enhance the customer experience at our Foley store. You will greet clients, provide personalized service, and act as a brand ambassador while supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, processing shipments, replenishing stock, and maintaining stockroom and sales floor standards. Strong English, retail experience, and a passion for fashion are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and the market.
• Proficiency with cash registers and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in the local market and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
