You will drive sales with cross‑selling, manage a fast‑paced environment, operate POS systems and clienteling tools, and participate in brand initiatives and training while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required to meet business needs.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around floor and stockroom.

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Assist with inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising, and daily operations.
