Brobston Group is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant to support the luxury shopping experience at the Cabazon outlet. You will help the sales team with customer service, product preparation, and store presentations, ensuring a polished, high-touch environment.

In this role you’ll assist with customer profiles, gift packaging, appointments, inventory checks, and back-of-house tasks, using the company’s technology to resolve issues while upholding store policies.

Responsibilities

• Communicate customer, product, and store information to the team.
• Support selling activities, customer profiles, gift packaging, appointments, and product preparation.
• Assist Customer Advisors with understanding customer preferences and shopping needs.
• Use company technology to support the customer experience and address customer issues in accordance with store policies.
• Support made-to-measure order entry, inventory audits, visual merchandising, and store supplies.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and other back-of-house operations.
