Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Temporary Assistant General Manager for an MCM retail location in Cabazon. You will support the General Manager in sales, operations, talent management, merchandising and customer experience in a fixed-term role running through December 31, 2025.

The position focuses on driving store performance while maintaining operational standards and best-in-class service for luxury and affluent customers.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of store management experience
• BA or BS degree
• Experience with luxury or affluent customer segments preferred
• Operational retail experience including payroll inventory and shrink management
• Experience with new store openings and rollouts
• Proven leadership in recruiting mentoring and talent development
• Strong retail math analytical and KPI driven skills
• Excellent communication interpersonal and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed store sales targets and financial results
• Resolve customer issues and coach staff on prevention and handling
• Train sales associates on standard operating procedures
• Monitor inventory planning and maintain inventory metrics
• Maintain loss prevention and receiving security procedures
• Review retail profit and loss to identify profitability opportunities
• Analyze product performance and execute merchandising strategy
• Perform store opening and closing procedures
• Communicate company messages and act on operational directives
