Job summary

Brobston Group LLC at Cabazon Outlets is seeking a Stock Associate to support the store team with inventory control and daily operations to maximize the shopping experience for clients. You will receive, unpack and prepare merchandise, maintain stockroom organization and assist on the sales floor as needed.

The role may also assist on the sales floor, perform cashier duties and support loss prevention, safety, and merchandising standards while maintaining a clean, organized stockroom.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately receive, unpack and stage merchandise for sales floor presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for inventory management and stockroom upkeep.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks and handling merchandise.
• Customer service skills and ability to assist on the sales floor and operate cashier when needed.
• Willingness to follow company procedures including loss prevention and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support store teams to maximize the client shopping experience.
• Accurately receive, unpack and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Process inventory movements, run negative on-hand reports and make necessary adjustments.
• Implement shipment standards, floor sets, re-ticketing, re-pricing and markdowns.
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient stockroom and back-of-house areas.
• Follow loss prevention procedures to protect company assets.
• Assist sales staff and perform cashier duties as necessary.
