Job summary

COLORADO PARKS AND WILDLIFE (CPW) is seeking a temporary License and Pass Clerk to support Disability and Refunds Coordinators during a peak workload period. The role involves greeting customers at the front desk, processing disability licenses and ADA accommodations, and assisting with refunds and IPAWS-related tasks.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, with strong written and verbal communication, and able to work independently while multi-tasking in a busy office.

Qualifications

• Interest in parks, wildlife or outdoor recreation
• Experience with databases, email and internet research preferred
• Well organised, detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at front desk and route calls
• Process disability licenses, passes and ADA accommodations
• Organize refund and restoration of preference point requests
• Learn IPAWS license and pass system and complete administrative tasks
• Merge duplicate customer records in IPAWS
• Contact customers with undeliverable mail to update records
• Suggest process improvements to the team
