Job summary

Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) is seeking a temporary Customer Service Clerk to support in-person and phone interactions. Responsibilities include processing registrations, selling park passes and licenses, handling revenue at a POS, and providing park information. Work hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer-service setting preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Experience handling money and serving the public preferred.
• Experience with Word or Excel is helpful.
• Able to pass a background screening.
• Able to work with little supervision and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process boat, snowmobile, and off-highway vehicle registration applications using data entry software.
• Sell park passes, permits, fishing licenses and other passes/licenses.
• Collect revenue and operate a POS system.
• Provide registration and park information to customers in person or over the phone.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work hours: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, holidays excluded.
