Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build community and create excitement with prospects and residents.
• Take calls, screen prospective residents and schedule tours.
• Greet prospects, complete guest cards and sell amenities.
• Process paperwork for new prospects and resident renewals; collect deposits.
• Know lease terms, specifications, screening procedures and policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and sales over the phone and in person.
• Ensure model and leasable units are ready to show each morning.
• Conduct weekly out-reach marketing.
• Prepare maintenance requests for residents.
• Handle stressful or urgent situations daily.
• Leasing or sales experience preferred; Real Page is a plus.

• Ensure the resident experience is a positive one through building community and creating excitement with new prospects and existing residents alike
• Ability to take phone calls, screen prospective residents and schedule tour visits
• Greet prospects, complete guest cards and sell the amenities of the community
• Process the necessary paperwork for new prospects and resident renewals and collect deposits as required to lease an apartment
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of lease terms, specifications, screening procedures and community policies
• Excellent customer service and sales techniques both over the phone and in person
• Ensure that the model and leasable units are ready to be shown each morning
• Conducting out-reach marketing at least once a week.
• Prepare maintenance requests for residents
• Ability to handle stressful, urgent and diverse situations on a daily basis
• Prior experience in leasing or sales
• Experience with Real Page multi-family software experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bilingual a must
