AtWork Group is seeking an outgoing Leasing Agent for our Texas apartment community. You will welcome prospects, conduct tours, and assist residents with applications and move-in processes.

Strong customer service and communication skills are required, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and experience with property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet prospective residents and share information about available apartments.

  • Maintain leasing activity records and assist with renewals and resident retention.
  • Explain lease terms, community policies, pricing, and amenities.
  • Prepare lease documents and assist with move-in/out processes.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams.

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, outgoing, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our client’ s apartment community team. This position is responsible for assisting prospective and current residents, conducting property tours, processing leasing applications, and supporting daily property management operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, is organized, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced residential property environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet prospective residents and provide information about available apartment homes.
  • Conduct property and apartment tours in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Respond to phone, email, and in-person leasing inquiries.
  • Assist applicants with rental applications and required documentation.
  • Follow up with prospective residents and maintain accurate leasing activity records.
  • Explain lease terms, community policies, pricing, and available amenities.
  • Prepare lease documents and assist with move-in and move-out processes.
  • Maintain accurate resident and applicant records.
  • Assist current residents with questions, service requests, and general concerns.
  • Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams regarding apartment availability and resident needs.
  • Assist with marketing available units and maintaining a professional appearance of the leasing office and model units.
  • Maintain knowledge of current availability, pricing, promotions, and community features.
  • Perform other administrative and leasing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in apartment leasing, property management, customer service preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment.
  • Comfortable speaking with prospective residents and conducting property tours.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to follow up with prospective residents.
  • Dependable, professional, and punctual.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience processing applications, renewals, and lease documentation.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
