Qualifications

• Comfortable with basic data entry and following labeling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Scan and record serial numbers for IT hardware and network equipment.
• Apply asset tags/labels to equipment.
• Perform basic testing of hardware to confirm working condition.
• Physically relocate equipment between storage areas/locations as needed.
• Group and organize equipment by type, location, and status.
• Enter inventory data into spreadsheets or asset tracking tools.
• Flag any damaged, missing, or unidentified equipment for review.
• Keep inventory areas organized throughout the project.
