Job summary

InterSources Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Analyst in NYC to support IT asset tracking, inventory control, and hardware lifecycle activities. You will ensure data accuracy and work closely with IT teams and end users to maintain reliable asset information.

Ideal candidates have hands-on IT asset management experience, familiarity with ServiceNow/CMDB, and strong Excel skills. This role requires onsite work in NYC within a large enterprise IT environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, IT asset management, desktop support, IT operations, inventory management, or a related area.
• Experience tracking computer hardware such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• Understanding of IT hardware lifecycle and inventory management.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation, asset tracking, or equipment audits.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic data reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with technical teams and end users.
• Ability to work onsite in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Support IT asset tracking, inventory management, hardware lifecycle activities, and data accuracy initiatives.
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile asset information.
• Work with IT teams and end users to ensure asset data integrity.
• Assist with hardware deployment, refresh, recovery, or disposal activities.
• Support asset tagging, scanning, stockroom/inventory management, or physical audits.
• Collaborate in a large enterprise IT environment.
