Job summary

CallTrackingMetrics, LLC. is seeking a Temporary Corporate Recruiter to support growth, with full-cycle recruiting across technical and nontechnical roles.

The role requires a hybrid schedule (Millersville, MD office Tue-Thu) and 30–40 hours per week, with flexible hours to fit CTM’s needs. You will partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and guide candidates through a thoughtful hiring process, leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting across corporate roles.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of activities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of positions across technical and nontechnical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview processes.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networks.
• Conduct screens assessing experience, alignment, and compensation expectations.
• Present qualified candidates with screening notes and recommendations.
• Coordinate interview activity and drive timely feedback for decisions.
• Maintain consistent and positive communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Build broad candidate pipelines and ensure fair, job-related selection.
• Maintain ATS records and requisition status accurately.
• Monitor pipeline health and adjust recruiting activity as needed.
• Represent CTM's employer brand professionally.
