Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening for fit, and guiding decisions with timely feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of technical and nontechnical positions from intake to offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, refine job descriptions, and standardize interview processes.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networks.
• Screen candidates for experience, alignment, communication, and compensation expectations.
• Present qualified candidates with clear notes and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview activity, provide timely feedback, and drive well-supported decisions.
• Maintain strong candidate communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Build broad candidate pipelines and ensure a fair, job-related selection process.
• Keep applicant records, requisition status, and recruiting data up to date.
