Capital Medical Group, a multi-specialty physician practice within Independence Physician Management (IPM), is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Generalist for up to 10 weeks to support the HR department for an onsite assignment in the Washington, DC area.

The role covers employee relations, performance management, HR systems administration, leave administration, reporting, and inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong service mindset, confidentiality, and healthcare HR experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• 3-5 years' experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, Wage & Hour, ADA, FMLA, and employment laws.
• Proficiency with HRIS (Lawson) and ATS systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day HR support to CMG HR Ops and service line leaders.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, orientation, reporting, and HR systems.
• Administer leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, return-to-work).
• Guidance on policy interpretation, investigations, and dispute resolution.
• Process Personnel Action Forms and Lawson records; support lifecycle transactions.
• Assist with process improvement and HR project implementations.
• Respond to employee questions with timely, professional HR support.
• Data entry, data analysis, and other admin tasks.
