Job summary

MPACT Strategic Consulting, LLC (MPACT) is seeking a Case Manager for the Temporary Housing Repair Program in St. Louis, MO.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for residents navigating the repair process, coordinating inspections, housing accommodations, and contractor visits while maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include guiding applicants through eligibility, timelines, and next steps; coordinating with field teams, preparing status updates; and producing routine

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related education preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in relevant environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers, databases, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for program applicants during construction, inspections, permitting, warranty, and related matters.
• Explain program eligibility, required documentation, timelines, and next steps clearly.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, concerns, and status updates.
• Provide guidance on housing repair processes, contractor visits, safety requirements, and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case records in the program database or case-management system.
• Track progress of repairs and coordinate with inspection, construction, and logistics teams.
• Escalate complex or safety-related concerns to supervisors or partners.
• Schedule inspections, contractor visits, and follow-up appointments.
• Provide routine updates to applicants on milestones, delays, or changes.
