The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in non-profit human services, strong communication skills, and knowledge of housing models. The position offers a temporary contract at $24.04 per hour.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in non-profit human services is required.
• Experience with homeless or veterans is a plus.
• Knowledge of housing models or public housing agency system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to formerly homeless individuals.
• Assist program participants with all aspects of the housing process.
• Conduct regular home visits and ensure tenant well-being.
