Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with one year of professional casework experience.
• Experience interviewing, counseling and assisting clients with social needs.
• Knowledge of community resources and data systems used in casework.

Responsibilities

• Review FFA referrals from partner agencies and screen eligibility and priority.
• Verify funding sources used before approving requests.
• Review and approve financial assistance requests and gather documentation.
• Maintain communication with referring agencies on eligibility and timelines.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors on processing times and payments.
• Collaborate with Brilliant Corners and its specialists on payments.
• Provide ongoing training for referring agencies via office hours and materials.
• Maintain client data in SalesForce and HMIS for reporting and analytics.
• Develop data-based reports and budgeting tools; assist with presentations.
• Document processes and improve reporting and analysis workflows.
