Job summary

Grand Hyatt San Antonio is seeking a Hotel Food and Beverage Manager on a temporary taskforce basis to oversee all F&B venues at the River Walk property. The role involves coordinating scheduling, forecasting, and training while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and hotel procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of F&B management experience in a hotel setting, strong leadership abilities, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in F&B management.
• Hotel industry experience highly preferred.
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work on a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• No visa sponsorship is offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B venues at Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk.
• Assist with scheduling, forecasting and training.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and operating procedures.
• Coordinate special events when assigned.
• Assist with F&B cost control where applicable.
