Hyatt Regency San Antonio is seeking a Hotel Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service in the MKT, Q Kitchen and Bar outlets. You will coach staff, support senior leadership, and help with scheduling, payroll and interviews to ensure high-quality guest experiences.

The role emphasizes strong F&B knowledge, professional presentation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining Hyatt's guest-first standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in food & beverage, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Present a professional appearance and confidence.
• Detail oriented, organized and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Strong time management & multitasking skills.
• Proven leadership characteristics to motivate staff.
• Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent customer service and interface skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and delight customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic leadership support to senior management and coach staff on the floor.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, interviewing and staff development.
• Procure product and assist with training as needed.
• Ensure outlets (MKT, Q Kitchen and Bar) meet quality and service standards.
