Grand Hyatt San Antonio is seeking a Hotel Assistant F&B Outlets Manager to lead daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless service and adherence to Hyatt standards. You will manage scheduling, forecasting, and training, while upholding the brand’s hospitality excellence.

Qualifications include 2+ years in F&B management, TABC and Food Handler certifications, and strong organizational and leadership skills. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in food & beverage management or supervisory role.
• Wine knowledge in upscale service preferred.
• Must be TABC and Food Handler Certified.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across multiple outlets.
• Schedule, forecast, and train team members to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
