Job summary

Prestige Healthcare Administrative Services is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to join our team during a period of increased hiring needs for skilled nursing facilities. You will be the first contact for applicants, reach out to candidates, and schedule interviews with facility HR Directors.

The role supports CNAs, LPNs, RNs, dietary, housekeeping, and other facility positions. This temporary assignment offers 40 hours weekly, with on-site/remote/hybrid options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or admin role preferred.
• Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus.
• Excellent phone and written communication; strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and contact applicants promptly by phone, text, and email.
• Confirm candidate interest, availability, and basic qualifications.
• Schedule interviews and send confirmations/reminders.
• Coordinate with facility HR Directors on openings and candidate status.
• Maintain records of contacts, interviews, and outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on interviews and applicant activity.
