Job summary

Prestige Healthcare Administrative Services is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to be the first contact for candidates applying for CNAs, LPNs, RNs and other facility roles. You will reach out, schedule interviews, and act as the liaison between applicants and facility HR Directors.

This 3–4 month temporary position offers $18.00–$20.00 per hour with potential extension or permanent opportunity, and may be on-site, remote, or hybrid based on needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, customer service, or an administrative role preferred.
• Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming applications and contact applicants promptly by phone, text, and email.
• Confirm candidate interest, availability, and basic qualifications.
• Schedule interviews with the appropriate facility and send confirmations and reminders to candidates.
• Communicate regularly with facility HR Directors about open positions, interview availability, and candidate status.
• Follow up with candidates who miss interviews or need to reschedule.
• Keep accurate records of candidate contact, interview schedules, and outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on scheduled interviews and applicant activity.
