TaylorMade Golf Company is seeking a Specialist in Collections and New Accounts to support onboarding, credit administration, and master data governance for domestic and international customers.

Responsibilities include reviewing applications, maintaining customer data in ERP, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Tax, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, and may require travel to TaylorMade offices as needed.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in credit, onboarding, customer master data management, or financial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field a plus.
• Experience with international customers and distributors preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, Avalara, and credit reporting tools preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial credit principles and risk assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage onboarding and setup of domestic and international customers, distributors, and partners.
• Maintain customer master data and account information in ERP and related systems.
• Review applications, financials, trade references, and credit reports to support decisions.
• Support international account administration, compliance, and credit reviews.
• Verify tax, resale, and regulatory documentation for compliance and data integrity.
• Prepare and maintain reporting on onboarding, credit administration, and performance.
