Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company is seeking a golf industry expert to manage relationships with the company’s Staff Program members in the Central United States. This role oversees sponsorship activities with the PGA of America and high-profile TaylorMade events, representing the department in interactions with golf industry leaders and executives.

The ideal candidate will travel extensively within the region, build strategic partnerships, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and R&D teams to drive brand

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years general golf industry experience, with 5 years interacting with top golf professionals.
• PGA Membership encouraged.
• Strong fitting and product optimization background.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive the green grass channel through relationships with Staff program members.
• Manage high-level communication with top Staff members and implement key strategies.
• Oversee on-site activities at Title Sponsored events with PGA of America.
• Identify, recruit and retain top golf professionals within the target Pyramid of Influence.
• Work with Sales to execute brand loyalty and recognition.
• Serve as contact for Sport’s Marketing events (PNC, Sectionals, TP Classics, PGA Tour).
• Collaborate with Club professionals; coordinate with Product/R&D to meet needs.
• Stay involved in design/prototype process as liaison between design and field.
• Communicate product timelines to Club professionals; monitor competition trends.
• Manage contract negotiations with Staff program members.
• Manage product fitting/seeding at facilities; liaise with Sales for exposure.
