Job summary

Traditions Bank, a division of ACNB, is seeking a part-time Receptionist for a temporary 3–6 month assignment at the Traditions Center in York, PA. Hours are Monday–Friday, 12 PM–5 PM. Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting customers, processing deliveries, and closing the lobby at 5 PM.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, professional appearance, excellent customer service, confidentiality, and basic MS Office skills. Position involves light lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and direct calls appropriately.
• Take packages from deliveries and disburse appropriately; record deliveries on package log.
• Assist customers who arrive at the Traditions Center.
• Shut down the lobby at 5 PM: lock front doors, turn off lights, clean desk, ensure conference rooms are neat, ensure mailroom door is shut, stock mini fridge with water.
• Scan documents using the multi-function printer/scanner in the mailroom.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and company information.
