Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Balance teller drawer daily and assist with vault/ATM tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on products and services.
• Answer questions, resolve problems, and refer complex requests to appropriate team members.
• Open/close branch tasks and follow security procedures.
• Navigate teller systems and Microsoft Office in daily operations.
