World Finance USA is seeking a Financial Services Representative (Temporary) in Denton, TX. You will drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax preparation and financial needs. This role requires frequent in-person meetings, high-volume calling, and performance-based earnings opportunities.
The position offers a base pay of $16 per hour plus bonus potential and room for advancement in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

- Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

- Drive loan sales and close applications by explaining terms and securing business.
- Conduct daily outbound collections and follow-ups; support tax services and new business.
- Manage delinquent accounts, arrange payments, and balance cash as needed.
- Assist customers in person with loan apps, tax prep, or account questions.
