World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative (Temporary) in North Richland Hills, TX to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services and other financial needs.

The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and closing loans. You will manage cash handling, bank deposits, and maintain compliant records while meeting performance goals and contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and secure payments with arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax prep, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, documentation, and updates in company systems.
