World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative (Temporary) to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax returns at our local branch.

The role involves daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and closing loans while keeping accurate records. Earn $15–$17 per hour plus performance bonuses, with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business; thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities for additional financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loans, tax services, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax documents in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records, including tax documentation and denial letters.
• Handle and balance cash and deposits; balance bank runs.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training and meet performance expectations.
