World Finance is hiring a Financial Services Representative (Temporary) to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax preparation and financial needs.

In this fast-paced, in-person role, you will make daily outbound calls, conduct collections, handle bank runs, process applications, and balance cash while ensuring compliance and high-quality service across sales, collections, and tax services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive and close loan sales through applications and terms explanations.
• Execute daily outbound outreach for collections and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and set payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments and balance cash; maintain accurate records.
• Follow company policies and complete required training.
