Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and close loan sales through applications, explaining terms and securing business.
• Perform high-volume outbound calls for collections and new business opportunities.
• Manage delinquent accounts; secure payments and arrange payment plans.
• Contact approved/pending/former borrowers to grow loan volume and cross-sell financial products.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax-related services; collect payments and resolve inquiries.
• Process payments and update account/tax documentation in company systems; balance cash and perform bank runs.
