Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with computer systems, spreadsheets, databases, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run daily/weekly reports to maintain Title IV and institutional compliance.
• Assist with financial aid processing and eligibility verification.
• Review files, resolve conflicting information and recalculate eligibility.
• Award federal, state, and institutional aid as needed.
• Support OBBA regulatory updates and policy changes.
• Collaborate with team and escalate complex cases for review.
• Assist with audits, reconciliation and quality control.
