Trial Balance Consulting has been engaged to source a temporary Finance Assistant to join a pretty unique company in Falmouth. The role is part-time and starts in August, lasting for a minimum of one month with potential to extend.

The successful candidate will work approximately 15–16 hours per week, spread across two to four days depending on availability. Previous accounts payable or finance administration experience would be beneficial for this busy team.

Temporary Part-Time Finance Assistant -Falmouth

Trial Balance Consulting have been engaged to source a temporary Finance Assistant to join a pretty unique company in Falmouth. This part-time assignment is available for an August start and is expected to last for a minimum of one month, with the possibility of continuing longer.

The role offers approximately 15 - 16 hours per week, which can be arranged across two, three or four days depending on the successful candidate's availability.

• Reviewing, classifying and posting purchase invoices
• Processing and posting credit card expenses
• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Scanning and filing documents

Previous accounts payable, finance administration or general office administration experience would be beneficial. The successful candidate will be organised, accurate and comfortable supporting a busy team with a varied workload.
