Job summary

High Hopes Therapeutic Riding, Inc. is seeking an experienced Temporary Property & Facilities Manager to lead the stabilization, organization, and improvement of our facilities operations across the 127-acre campus.

This hands-on role builds sustainable systems and processes. The position is full-time, hourly ($28-32/hr DOE), overtime eligible, and temporary through June 30, 2027 with the opportunity to extend or convert to permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of facilities, property, operations, maintenance, or project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing systems, processes, and operational infrastructure.
• Experience managing maintenance programs, contractors, budgets, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facilities systems, maintenance tracking and documentation.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of campus buildings, barns, arenas, offices, equipment and grounds, ensuring safety and readiness.
• Lead facility improvement and capital projects from planning to completion with budgets and timelines.
• Develop and monitor facilities budgets, track expenditures, and seek cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform regular safety inspections and support regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Serve as primary point of contact for facilities-related matters and coordinate with staff and leadership.
