Job summary

Hope and Healing Survivor Resource Center is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of all properties and vehicles. You will blend hands-on repairs with team leadership, budget oversight, and vendor coordination.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience with 2+ years in supervision, strong carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and safety knowledge, and a valid Ohio driver's license. This on-site position offers full-time hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or professional building certification required/preferred.
• Minimum 5 years building maintenance experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or shelters is a plus.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and safety manuals; basic trades.
• Familiarity with OSHA and fire safety standards; valid Ohio driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance on core building systems.
• Oversee HVAC, kitchen equipment, laundry, and fire suppression systems.
• Coordinate with certified contractors for specialized projects.
• Supervise maintenance staff and custodial personnel; manage vendors.
• Maintain safety compliance and keep digital maintenance logs.
