Job summary

Teen Challenge USA, Cincinnati Challenge Ranch, is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee all mechanical, landscape, and agricultural operations on the Ranch. This role requires hands-on tool use, vehicle and small engine maintenance, and the ability to read technical manuals with a safety-first, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school, technical certification, or related education preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in facilities maintenance, construction, property management, or related field.
• Experience with building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on oversight of mechanical, landscape and agricultural work on the Ranch.
• Work 15–20 hours per week; hours may include weekends/evenings as needed.
• Supervise, train and mentor students in practical work skills while maintaining safety.
