The role supports Article One and Regency Club Lounge, coordinating with leadership to ensure smooth service and event execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise event room setups, service, and banquet equipment.
• Collaborate with Outlets and Banquets teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, payroll, training, and coaching.
• Schedule flexibility to cover days, nights, weekends and holidays.
