Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, equivalency or combination of education and experience.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Selling and distributing event tickets in person, online, or by phone.
• Providing excellent customer service to patrons, guests, and event attendees.
• Assisting with ticket scanning, admissions, and guest entry procedures.
• Responding to questions regarding event schedules, seating, policies, and venue information.
• Supporting concession operations, including food and beverage sales.
• Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and venue preparation activities.
• Performing environmental services functions to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility.
• Monitoring assigned areas to support positive guest experiences and venue operations.
• Assisting with crowd management and directing patrons to designated locations.
• Operating point-of-sale systems, cash handling equipment, and related event technology.
• Providing general administrative and operational support as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor
