Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture with 5+ years in retail design or high-end/custom residential architecture in a project management role.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, sales, merchandising, retail, and construction teams to develop new store, renovation, and wholesale projects.
• Manage multiple projects from design and planning through completion, including budgets, schedules, construction coordination, millwork shop drawings, and finish sample reviews.
• Produce schematic design and design development packages for new wholesale locations, retail stores, and renovations.
• Coordinate project requirements with internal departments, senior management, consultants, vendors, contractors, and regional partners.
• Maintain clear communication across stakeholders while prioritizing project workloads and managing consultant schedules.
